As a trauma-focused psychotherapist, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome the obstacles that hold them back and reclaim their path to personal growth and fulfillment.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, with a strong foundation in evidence-based modalities. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, and mindfulness-based strategies to increase emotional regulation and present-moment awareness. For clients with trauma histories, I incorporate elements of EMDR, Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), and Brainspotting, depending on the client’s readiness and preference.
I value the therapeutic relationship and aim to create a nonjudgmental, supportive space grounded in unconditional positive regard and cultural humility. Collaboration is key—I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and I’m here to help them build insight, skills, and resilience
